Cancellation and No-Show Policy

All patients scheduling should be informed of the following:

Any patient rescheduling or canceling their appointment must do so 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. For a Monday appointment, we require notification by the end of the business day on Friday.

Our 24-hour cancellation and no-show policy is as follows:

  • 1st occurrence is a $50 non-refundable charge

  • 2nd occurrence is a $100 non-refundable charge

  • 3rd occurrence is a $150 non-refundable charge
