Dr. Ann Marshall, MD
Founder/Owner
Dr. Ann is best known for her light touch with injectables, her natural-looking results, her ability to confidently guide patients through an overwhelming array of treatment options, and her willingness to try anything and everything on herself before offering it to patients! She received her MD from the University of Chicago in 1996. She started her professional career in Emergency Medicine, and continued practicing Emergency Medicine through 2009. As the world of minimally-invasive aesthetic medicine started to grow by leaps and bounds, Dr. Ann became "obsessed" with this new and improved method of aging gracefully. After a year of additional training, Dr. Ann embarked on a new career in Aesthetic Medicine, and has grown and flourished in this field throughout the past decade.
Lindsay Fahrner, MD
Physician
Much like Dr. Ann, Dr. Lindsay is an Emergency Medicine Physician with an obsessive passion for aesthetics. She received her MD from the University of Illinois in 2008. She is no stranger to providing patients with dedicated compassion and a calming presence. Dr. Lindsay loves to combine her medical knowledge with an artistic touch. She loves working with her hands and creating natural results for her patients. She gets great joy from making her patients happy!
About Me. I was born and raised in Illinois on a cattle ranch. I moved to Minnesota in 2016. My husband (of 15 years) and 3 kiddos (1 girl and 2 boys) live on a few acres in Lake Elmo. I love to garden, travel, cook, spend time with family and friends, and try new restaurants!
Rachel Thunberg, RN
Registered Nurse
Rachel has a medical background as a Registered Nurse of 18 years that she carries with her to our clinic. Her favorite part of injecting is combining her knowledge of science and anatomy with the art of aesthetics to provide a natural result for each patient she sees. She valuses getting to kow each patient and helping them along their journey of aging gracefully.
Gena Schmoll
Advanced Practice Aesthetician
Gena’s passion for skin comes from a true commitment for body wellness for her patients. For over 23 years Gena has trained and worked alongside many skincare practitioners, Plastic Surgeons, and medical doctors. Beyond this, she has always found innovative ways to also incorporate her teachings from Ayurvedic, yoga practitioners and shamans to create the ultimate balanced experience for her patients. Understanding that not only is your skin is the largest organ, it’s the most abused and deserves to be healed, body, mind and soul.
Kathleen Maier
Advanced Practice Aesthetician
Kathleen is an Advanced Practice Aesthetician with over 15 years working as an aesthetician. She earned her aesthetics license in 2006 at the Aveda Institute in Minneapolis. Kathleen loves that the aesthetics industry is always evolving and is excited to partner with her patients to create an appropriate skin treatment plan to achieve healthy, glowing skin. Those treatments will often include medical-grade skin care products, custom facials such as DiamondGlow, microdermabrasion, and chemical peels, as well as micro-needling and laser treatments to improve the texture of her patient’s skin.
Away from work, Kathleen enjoys all things outdoors, especially time spent with friends and family at the lake.
Emily Tauer
Advanced Practice Aesthetician
Emily joins us with almost six years of aesthetician experience! Over the course of her career, Emily has been certified in Lasers, SkinPen, and CoolSculpting. Her greatest passion is educating her patients, which ultimately promotes feeling good inside and out. Developing a trusting relationship with her patients is the goal of every appointment! She loves the ever-changing landscape of aesthetics and is inspired by the opportunity to always learn something new that will improve the results of her treatments!
Abby Nimz
Clinic Assistant/Phlebotomist
Advanced Practice Aesthetician
Abby started her career in aesthetics by becoming a Certified Laser Technician. With her desire to continue her education, she became an Advanced Practice Aesthetician and Phlebotomist. You will most likely see her in our clinic drawing blood for a PlasmaSculpt treatment or recommending amazing skincare products to patients. She feels ardent towards making each person who walks through our door feel confidant and comfortable in their skin!
